American actor, comedian, filmmaker and singer Seth MacFarlane started his Hollywood career as an animator and writer for Hanna-Barbera. From 1999, he served as creator, writer, executive producer and lead voice actor of the American animated sitcom ‘Family Guy’ (1999–2003, 2005–present) which earned him four Emmy awards. His other notable works include films ‘Ted’ (2012), ‘Ted 2’ (2015), and ‘A Million Ways to Die in the West’ (2014) all three of which he wrote, directed, and starred. He received Oscar nomination for co-writing opening theme of ‘Ted’ titled ‘Everybody Needs a Best Friend’.
