Kim Fields is an American actress and director, best known for her role as ‘Dorothy "Tootie" Ramsey’ on the TV show ‘The Facts of Life’ (1978-1988). She made her acting debut in a short film titled ‘Have I Got Christmas for You’ in 1977. She appeared in TV shows, such as ‘Good Times’ (1978 – 1979), ‘Different Strokes’ (1979-1981), and ‘Roots: The Next Generations’ (1979), before she found her big break in ‘The Facts of Life.’ She also played ‘Regine Hunter’ in ‘Living Single’ (1993 -1998). Over time, she has appeared in than 50 TV shows, including ‘The Golden Palace’ (1992), ‘Strong Medicine’ (2000), and ‘Cobra Kai’ (2019). She has also appeared in various TV films, such as ‘The Facts of Life Down Under’ (1987), ‘The Facts of Life Reunion’ (2001), and ‘Monster Mutt’ (2010). She currently plays ‘Rhoda’ in the TV series ‘Living the Dream’ (2017 – present).
