Jim Cummings is an American voice artist. His first voice role was in the animated TV series ‘The Transformers’ (1984-87). He then went on to contribute his voice to several television series including 'Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears' (1985–1991), 'DuckTales' (1987-90), 'The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh' (1988–1991), 'Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers' (1989-90), 'Tom & Jerry Kids' (1990-93), 'Tiny Toon Adventures' (1990-92), 'Taz-Mania' (1991-95), 'Darkwing Duck' (1991-95), 'The Addams Family' (1992-93), 'SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron' (1993-95), 'Aladdin' (1994-95), 'Fantastic Four' (1994), '101 Dalmatians: The Series' (1997-98), 'Disney's House of Mouse' (2001-03), 'The Looney Tunes Show' (2011-13) and 'DuckTales' (2018).

A toy company programs their2 sets of toys, ‘The Commando Elite’ and ‘The Gorgonites,’ with military technology that is used for steering missiles, enabling the toys to move and talk.
