Frank Langella made his acting debut at an early age, in 1963, in an off-Broadway production titled ‘The Immoralist.’ In a career that spanned over decades, he appeared in countless ‘Broadway’ productions such as ‘Seascape’ (1975) for which he won his first ‘Tony Award,’ ‘Dracula’ (1977), considered his best performance till date; ‘Sherlock Holmes’ (1981), ‘The Father’ (1996), ‘A Christmas Carol’ (2000), and ‘King Lear’(2013). His career-defining role came in 2006 play ‘Frost/Nixon’ in which he portrayed ‘Richard Nixon’ for which he won two ‘Tony Awards.’ He reprised the role in a 2008 film of the same name. He made his film debut in ‘Diary of a Mad Housewife,’ in 1970, and later, starred in films, such as ‘The Wrath of God’ (1972), ‘Dracula’ (1979), ‘Starting Out in the Evening’ (2007), and ‘Youth in Oregon’ (2016). Frank also appeared in several TV shows.
