Eddie Redmayne is an English actor who started out on stage and guest-starred on TV shows like 'Doctors' (2003) and 'Elizabeth I' (2005) before bagging recurring roles on 'Tess of the d'Urbervilles' (2008) and 'The Pillars of the Earth' (2010). He started his film career with movies such as 'Like Minds' (2006), 'The Good Shepherd' (2006), 'Savage Grace' (2007), 'Elizabeth: The Golden Age' (2007), and 'The Other Boleyn Girl' (2008). His filmography includes successful films like 'The Yellow Handkerchief' (2008) and 'Black Death' (2010), as well as box-office failures like 'Powder Blue' (2008) and 'Hick' (2011).
In 2011, he got his breakthrough role of Colin Clark in 'My Week with Marilyn', and in 2012, gained recognition for his role in the musical 'Les Misérables'.
