In a prehistoric Earth 20,000 years ago, all the animals are migrating south to find shelter from the approaching Ice Age. Following an attack by a Smilodon pack, an infant is separated from a tribe of Neanderthals and is being hunted by a sabertooth named Diego, but is rescued by Manny the mammoth and Sid the sloth.

Marty the zebra, Alex the lion, Melman the giraffe and Gloria the hippopotamus are best friends at New York's Central Park Zoo. Marty yearns for a life in the wilderness. His attempt to escape the zoo eventually lands the four on a ship en route to Africa. However, when the ship capsizes, they land in Madagascar and now have to learn to survive in the wild.

An animated comedy, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted is the third film in the series and showcases four animals still trying to get back to their home in Central Park Zoo of New York. In this instalment, Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman join a travelling circus in Europe, all the while trying to evade capture by an overzealous animal control officer.

In their attempt to fly back to New York City aboard the rickety airplane, the Madagascar animals run out of fuel and crash-land in Africa, where Alex is reunited with his parents. However, the zoo-lion disappoints his father being unable to complete the rite of passage, while his homesick friends eagerly wait for the penguins to fix the plane.

Planes is a sports comedy film, which tells the story of Dusty, a crop duster plane, who dreams of becoming a great air racer. Along with his friend, Chug, a fuel truck, Dusty practices flying maneuvers, in order to qualify for the Wings Across the Globe race.
